Returns & Exchanges

 

Please understand that we are a small, local business. We continually provide new arrivals on our website weekly. Our customers prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 10-14 days. 

Items are available for return within 10 days of the the delivery date or the date of your "ready for pickup" email. Shipped returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery date for a refund. Local drop off returns must be returned within 10 days of the "ready for pickup" email for a refund. 

Returns processed for a refund back to the credit card will be subject to a $5 processing fee on each order. You will receive the full credit amount if selecting store credit. 

We accept returns on items in their original condition with tags still attached. Unfortunately, after the 10 days, we are not able to accept the return.

*All jewelry, accessories, and ANY sale items are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

ABOUT RE:DO
RE:DO is a third party returns portal that works with us to create a seamless returns transaction.  A charge of $1.98 is automatically added to every cart, you do have the option to delete from cart at check out. This is a non-refundable charge from RE:DO that gives the client 'unlimited returns' for their order at no additional cost. This means RE:DO will provide as many labels per order as needed, without any additional charge from the $1.98 originally at checkout.  
If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no additional cost to you. 
RE:DO still abides by our return policy stated above. 

The client has the option to remove RE:DO from their cart.  If you didn't checkout with Re:Do, you will still go through our returns process like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!
